With Aryeo's Listing Embed feature, you can showcase your property portfolio directly on your own website. The embedded listings update automatically keeping media, pricing, and status changes synced in real-time. It's a quick and easy way to drive more visibility to your portfolio of listings you’ve captured!
How to Create a Listing Embed
Follow these steps to create your first embedded listing display:
Go to the Aryeo App Store from your Aryeo dashboard.
Click on Aryeo Listing Embeds.
Click on the Add Your First Embed or New Embed button.
Enter a name for your embed (this is for internal use only).
Configure the following display options:
General Settings
Enable or disable the Toolbar (includes filtering tools for viewers).
Toolbar Settings
Choose filters to help users sort through listings:
# of Bedrooms
# of Bathrooms
Property Price
Property Status Filters
Select which listings to show on your embed based on their status:
All Properties
Coming Soon
For Sale
Pending
Sold
This gives you flexibility to display only the listings you want your site visitors to see.
Update a Listing's Status from the Listing Page
To ensure your listing appears correctly in the embed feature:
Go to the Listing Page in your Aryeo dashboard.
Scroll to the Property Details & Status section.
Use the dropdown menu to select a property status (e.g., For Sale, Sold, Coming Soon, etc.).
Click Save Status.
Note: Make sure that you select the same property status field on the listing page as your Listing Embed to ensure your listing will display on your website.
How It Works on Your Website
Once configured and installed:
Your embedded listings will automatically stay up to date as media or property details change in Aryeo.
You can add the embed code on any webpage to create a live, interactive portfolio of your listings.

A: Yes! You can create multiple embeds, each with its own custom filters to showcase different sets of listings.
Q: What if I don’t see my listing on the embed?
A: Make sure the listing’s status matches the status designated for the listing embed feature on your website.
