Aryeo is pleased to support FreshDesk, Intercom, Zendesk, and Small Chat integrations, making it easier for you to connect your favorite chat widget to Aryeo. Please follow the instructions below for the integration that suits you best - we're confident it'll be a breeze!

How to setup FreshDesk chat integration

  1. On your FreshDesk account, go to Settings > Channel > Chat and make sure that your FreshChat is activated.

  2. Click on “Copy from FreshChat” to be redirected to FreshChat and setup the widget you will use to connect with Aryeo.

  3. Click on “Channels” then go to “Web Widget” or create a new widget > Embed Code then copy the token and host.

  4. Paste the token and host to Aryeo. App Store > Chat Integration > FreshDesk

  5. Once done, customer can now see the chat widget on the right bottom corner.

How to setup Intercom chat integration

  1. Go to Intercom > Home > Add chat to your website > copy App ID

  2. Make sure to add first Aryeo as a trusted domain. In Intercom, under 'Set Your Controls' and 'List your trusted domains', be sure to add *.aryeo.com to the list!

  3. Go to Aryeo App Store > Intercom > paste the App ID.

How to setup Zendesk chat integration

  1. Go to Zendesk Settings > Admin Center or click on the 4 small square icon in the upper right corner of your screen.

  2. Go to Channels > click on Messaging > Select a widget

  3. Click on Installation and copy the embed code

  4. Go to Aryeo > App Store > Chat Integration > Zendesk > paste the embed code

  5. Once done, customer can now see the chat widget on the right bottom corner.

How to setup Smallchat integration

  1. Go to https://small.chat/ > Login or click “Add to Slack”.

  2. Create a channel or use an existing channel (if any) > copy embed code

  3. Go to Aryeo > App Store > Chat Integration > Smallchat > paste the embed code

  4. Once done, customer can now see the chat widget on the right bottom corner.
