You can add in terms or contracts and require their review before confirming any appointment. The first step would be to add your contracts or terms into the "legal" section of the settings section, on the lefthand side of your screen:
Then from there - once added and saved, you will want to go into your order forms and then into the designer:
Which you will then want to go to the final step and require the terms in your order forms:
