Overview
This article will show you how to add thumbnails and media examples to your products so they will appear on your order forms for your clients to see! Highlight your work and make your products stand out by adding images, videos, virtual tours, and before-and-after comparisons.
How to Add Product Thumbnails
Navigate to the Products section, under Storefront in the left-hand menu.
Click Edit on any main product or add-on.
Click on Product Details
Upload your media:
Click Images
Select one or more images that represent your product.
Click Save after the images upload.
Note: The recommended thumbnail image size is 480 x 320 pixels and a 3:2 aspect ratio.
Click Video
Select one or more videos that represent your product.
Click Save after the video(s) upload.
Click 3D Content
You can add the URL for one or more virtual tours that represent your product.
Click Before & After
You can upload a "Before" image and an "After" image to create a comparison view with a slider feature.
This is perfect for showcasing products like virtual staging, virtual twilight, green grass replacement, etc.
💡Tip : You can add all four types of media to your main products and add-ons!
Preview Product Thumbnails & Media
You can preview how your thumbnails and media will display on your order form for your clients to view:
Navigate to Preview on the right hand side of the product page.
Click on Product Card and View More Card.
You can click the left and right arrows to view all of the media added to the product.
