Uploading and Delivering Media

Learn how to upload and manage media, add 3D content, and deliver listings to your clients

Overview

Aryeo makes it easy to manage high-quality media for your listings, from images and videos to 3D content. This article covers how to upload and configure your media, deliver the listing to clients, and use the Download Center for easy content access.

Uploading Images

Aryeo allows you to upload your highest resolution images. These images are also automatically resized into a second, separate copy of images that are Web / MLS compliant versions that your clients can download in addition to the highest resolution images.

Images can be uploaded from the following locations:

  • Your device

  • From a URL

  • Camera

  • Dropbox

  • Google Drive

  • Google Photos

  • Onedrive

Once Images have been uploaded, you will be able to perform the following actions:

  • Toggle customer visibility of the section

  • Download, Hide/Display in Gallery, Delete images in bulk

  • Rearrange the order the images will display in the gallery

Uploading or Linking Videos

Videos can be uploaded by adding a URL of the video from a different hosting site, or uploaded directly as a file.

  1. Click Add within the Videos section of your listing.

  2. Select Display Type using the dropdown menu to set which versions of the property website the video will be visible on

    • Default: Both (branded + unbranded)

    • Branded

    • Unbranded

    • None

  3. Add a Video Title

  4. Select your upload method:

    • Link Video – Paste the video URL.

    • Upload File – Choose a file from your device or use any of the other upload methods provided.

  5. Click Add Video to finalize.

Note:

Aryeo currently supports only 8-bit/SDR video files. Uploading 10-bit or HDR files may result in errors. It is recommended to upload 10-bit files to the Files section instead.

Aryeo currently supports Vimeo and standard YouTube links only. At this time, YouTube Shorts links are not supported.

Uploading Floor Plans

Floor Plans can be uploaded as image files similarly to the images workflow above.

Once a Floor Plan has been uploaded, you will also have the ability to create Interactive Floor Plans.

Adding 3D Content

To add 3D content to your listing:

  1. Scroll to the 3D Content section on your listing.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Provide a Content Title

  4. Paste your 3D tour link.

  5. Choose whether to display this tour on th Branded, Unbranded, or Both property websites.

  6. Click Add Content to save.

For Zillow 3D Home tours, interactive floor plans can automatically be uploaded to the listing once the tour URL link is added.

Add Files to Your Listing

The Files section can be used to host any additional media that you would like to deliver to your client that does not fit into any of the above categories. Files can be additional images, PDFs, zip files, etc.

Delivering a Listing

Once your listing is ready, you can deliver it to your client:

  1. Click the Deliver Listing button in the top-right corner of the listing page.

  2. A pre-filled delivery email will appear.

  3. From here, you can:

    1. Edit the subject line and message

    2. Add additional recipients in the “To:” field

4. Choose your delivery option:

  • Deliver – Sends immediately

  • Schedule – Sends later at a specified date and time

Once the listing has been delivered, your client will receive access to the listing and media via their Customer Portal and the Download Center.

FAQ

Q: Can I update media after a listing is delivered?

A: Yes. Any changes to media or files will update in real-time in the client’s Download Center, property website, and customer portal.

Q: Can I deliver to multiple agents or customers at once?

A: Absolutely! Add multiple recipients in the "To:" field when sending the listing.

Q: Is there a limit to the file types I can upload?

A: No—Aryeo supports virtually all file types, including PDFs, Word docs, and video files (within format limitations).
