This article explains how to access and share photos and videos from your listings on social media. You’ll learn the best formats to use and how to share videos either by link or direct upload.
Access Media in the Download Center
Aryeo creates a unique Download Center for every property listing. From here, you can:
Preview and download high-resolution content (photos, videos, 3D tours, property websites)
Access content without needing to log in
Choose between Print Quality (high-resolution) or Web Quality (optimized for MLS or web use)
Sharing Photos on Social Media
Open the Download Center for your listing. You can find the Download Center by going to the listing inside your account.
Scroll to the Images section.
Download the Print Quality version for best appearance on platforms like:
Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn
To download only a few specific images:
Scroll further to the individual asset download section.
Choose Print or Web Quality as needed.
Upload the downloaded images to your preferred social platform and add your caption.
Tip: Use eye-catching, high-resolution images to stand out in users’ social feeds.
Sharing Videos to Social Media
If your listing includes a video, you have two main ways to share it:
Option 1: Copy the Video Link
Best for videos hosted on Vimeo or YouTube
In the Download Center, locate the video section.
Click to copy the video link.
Paste the link directly into a social media post.
Add your caption and post!
Option 2: Upload the Video File
Download the video file directly from the Download Center.
Open your social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Create a new post and upload the video file.
Add your caption and publish.
Why Use Native Uploads? Videos uploaded directly to social media platforms will often auto-play and generally get better engagement than shared links.

A: Use Print Quality images for the best visual results on social media platforms.
Q: Can I download just one image instead of the whole set?
A: Yes! Scroll down in the Download Center to find options to download individual images in either Print or Web Quality.

A: If you have the video file, uploading the video file natively is ideal for maximum engagement on social media.
