Properties with an Undelivered status can be deleted from your dashboard.
Please note that any delivered listings that you would like to delete, will not fall off your listing count until it reaches 365 days old. Once it falls out of your listing count, it will remain accessible to both you and your client indefinitely. You will also get all the benefits of storing the media for the property at no charge.
To delete a listing follow these simple steps:
Start by navigating to the listing page for the property that you would like to delete. Click on the Settings icon found to the right of the Download button as shown in the first screenshot below.
Then, click on the Delete Listing button. Ensure that you have chosen the right property to delete before pressing this button because it cannot be undone afterward.
TIP: This action will delete the listing, but the customer will stay in your contacts. If you would like to remove a customer, simply go to Customer Center and then go to Customer List.
