Overview
A saved view is a set of filters which can be saved for quick, repeated use. You can create a saved view using any combination of listing, order and appointment filters on the Listings index page.
Saved views for All Listings, Listings Requiring Action and Listings with Declined Appointments will be created by default. The All Listings saved view cannot be edited or deleted, but the other default saved views can be modified or deleted to best fit your workflows.
You can see saved views at the top of the listing page. The name of the saved view will be displayed along with a count of the number of listings in that view. Click the name of the saved view to switch between the saved views. If there are more saved views than can be displayed at the top of the page, they can be accessed using the drop down menu to the right of the visible saved views.
Saved View Permissions
While all users can create personal saved views, additional permissions are required to create or edit company-wide views. You can control who has the ability to manage these shared views from the user permissions page.
Create a Saved View
To create a saved view, navigate to the Listings index page. Click the ‘Filter’ button to view a slideout with all available listing, order and appointment filters.
Once filters are applied, the option to "Create saved view" will appear at the bottom of the slide-out menu. Click this button and enter a name for the view. If you have the necessary permissions, you can choose whether the view is visible only to you or to the entire team. Finally, click "Save View" to finish.
Manage Saved Views
To update an existing saved view, click the "Edit" button at the top right of the Listings index page. A slide-out will appear showing all editable views. From here, you can reorder views using drag-and-drop, or edit or delete them by clicking the three dots next to the view name. You can also create a new saved view from scratch by clicking the ‘Create new saved view’ button.
When you select ‘Edit’ from the three dot menu, a slideout will appear displaying the saved view settings and filters. From here, you can change the name of the view, the view permissions, or the filters within the view. After editing the view, make sure to click ‘Update’ to save any changes.
