In order to deliver the requested Showcase media to the agent, you will need to upload and deliver the required Showcase media using your Aryeo account. For a non-Showcase media request, click here.

Note: Photographers who have not enabled Showcase Select must handle ordering, scheduling, and payments for Showcase media requests directly with the agent. Learn more about Showcase Select.

Inside your Aryeo account, use the left hand side menu to go to your Listings section.

Then click on the Showcase listing for the property address.

Under the Media section, go to the Images section and click on ‘Add’. You must upload a minimum of 10 total still photos that represent a minimum of three interior rooms (at least one photo of three distinct rooms).

When uploading still photos to a Showcase listing, you will need to check the box at the bottom of the upload window to agree to the media license.

Outside of the Aryeo listing, navigate to the 3D Home Dashboard and login using the same email address you use in the Zillow 3D Home app.

Find your tour for the property and click the (ooo) icon. Then click 'Share'.

On the Share tab, make sure that the box is checked for 'Hide Zillow and agent branding - MLS friendly' and the box is checked for 'Include Floor Plan'. Then click 'Copy' to copy the link.

Return to the Aryeo listing page and go to the section labeled 'Zillow 3D Home interactive floor plan and virtual tour link'. Click ‘Add’.

Then add the unbranded link to the Zillow 3D Home virtual tour and interactive floor plan for the property, which must begin with https://www.zillow.com/view-imx (a 3D-only link will not work).

Then for the Display Type, select 'Unbranded - MLS friendly'. The Content Title field can be left blank.

Then click 'Add Content'

If the agent ordered additional media from you for the listing, you can upload and add this media as well.

Once you are finished uploading all of the media, including the required still photos and Zillow 3D Home virtual tour & interactive floor plan, you must click ‘Deliver Listing’ at the top of the page to deliver the media. After clicking 'Deliver Listing' the agent will receive this media inside their Showcase account.

Note: You can return to the listing inside your Aryeo account and upload additional media at any time. You will need to click ‘Deliver Listing’ again to deliver any additional media to the agent inside their Showcase account.
