Overview
In order to fulfill a Showcase media request that you receive from an agent, you will need to review and accept the Showcase media request inside your Aryeo account. For non-Showcase media requests, click here.
Note: Photographers who have enabled and gone live with Showcase Select do not need to accept Showcase media requests. Instead, they will automatically receive a new order inside their Aryeo account each time an agent orders media from their Showcase account. Learn more about Showcase Select.
Step 1: Receive Email Notification
You will receive an email notification when you have received a new Showcase media request from an agent. The email will provide you with the next steps to take, including signing in to your Aryeo account.
Step 2: Sign in to Aryeo
Sign in to your Aryeo account to view Showcase media requests that you receive from agents.
Step 3: View Media Requests
Inside your Aryeo account, click on Media Requests along the left-hand side menu. You will then see a section titled ‘Pending media requests’. In this section, you can manage pending media requests that you’ve received from agents.
Note: Photographers who have not enabled Showcase Select must handle ordering, scheduling, and payments for Showcase media requests directly with the agent. To learn more about Showcase Select, click here.
In some cases, you may see a message in the top left-hand side menu to notify you that you’ve received a media request that needs to be assigned to a company. If you see this message, you will need to click ‘Manage request’ to assign the media request to the appropriate photography company.
Step 4: Accept or Reject Showcase Media Requests
You will first need to click Manage on each pending Showcase media request.
You will then have the option to Accept or Reject the Showcase media request
Aryeo will attempt to match the media request to an existing listing or order in your Aryeo account. If an existing listing or order matches the address of the media request, we’ll suggest that listing and allow you to link the Showcase media request to it.
If a Matching Listing Is Found:
You’ll see the listing suggested in the modal
If the listing already contains the required Showcase media (Photos + Zillow 3D Home interactive floor plan), you’ll see green checkmarks.
You can click Accept to link the Showcase media request and deliver that listing’s media to the agent’s Showcase listing.
If a Matching Order is Found
Aryeo will search for matching orders if a matching listing cannot be found.
You can click Accept and Aryeo will create a new listing for the order. You will then need to deliver this new listing with all of the required Showcase media.
Note: If your chosen listing or order does not have all the required media for Zillow Showcase (Photos and a Zillow 3D Home interactive floor plan), you will see this indicated with a red X displayed next to each required media type.
If you click Accept, you must capture and deliver all required Showcase media to the listing.

If you click Accept:
You will need to check the boxes to confirm that you have reviewed the Showcase Photographer Resource Center and agree to the media license terms.
If you click Reject:
You will be given the option to write a comment to the agent explaining why you can’t complete the Showcase media request. The agent will be notified via email and will be prompted to re-order media from their Showcase account.
