Introduction:

Once you have Created Your Apple Developer Account, Apple will verify your identity within 48 hours in one of two ways:

  1. Via phone call:

    1. They may call the number you included when you submitted your app information.

  2. Via email:

    1. They may send an email with details on how to verify your identity with Apple.

In either case, follow along with their instructions to verify your identity with Apple.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough:

If you have not heard back from Apple in 48 hours, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click "Contact Us" in the top right hand corner

  2. Click "Membership and Account"

  3. Click "Program Enrollment"

  4. Click your preferred contact method.

    1. Typically, you should choose the phone number option. Either way, they will contact you within a few minutes (by phone or by email).

  5. Once you're in communication with them (by phone or by email), simply explain that you have enrolled in a developer account and are waiting for them to verify your identity and grant you access into the account.

    1. They will ask you various questions to verify your identity and your business.

    2. Once they have finished asking you questions, they should unlock your account.
