Verify Your Apple Developer Account

Unlock your Apple Developer Account by verifying your identity with Apple

Overview

Once you have Created Your Apple Developer Account, Apple will verify your identity within 48 hours in one of two ways:

  1. By phone call:

    1. Apple may call the number you included when you submitted your app information.

  2. By email:

    1. Apple may send an email with details on how to verify your identity with Apple.

In either case, follow the instructions Apple provides you to verify your identity with Apple.

If you have not heard back from Apple within 48 hours, please follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

  1. Click the "Contact Us" button in the top right hand corner of the page.

  2. Click "Membership and Account".

  3. Click "Program Enrollment".

  4. Select your preferred contact method:

    1. Typically, you should choose the phone number option. Either way, they will contact you within a few minutes (by phone or by email).

  5. Once you're in communication with Apple (by phone or email), simply explain that you have enrolled in an Apple Developer Account and are waiting for them to verify your identity and grant you access into the account.

    1. Apple will ask you various questions to verify your identity and your business.

    2. Once Apple has finished asking you questions, they should unlock your account.
