This article explains how to change the order of images in a listing, which will then display that order of images on your property website. You'll learn how to use the rearrange tool, resize your image view, and how you can group your images.
Rearranging Images in a Listing Gallery
To update the image order in your listing gallery, follow these steps:
Click the Images section under Media.
Click the Rearrange button.
Click and drag any image to a new position in the gallery.
Drop it in the desired spot.
Click Save to confirm your updated order.
Adjust Image Sizes for Easier Viewing
Use the sliding tool at the top of the image grid to zoom in or out. This helps you better see your images to organize.
Creating Image Groups
To create image groups:
Click + Create groups.
Title the group (i.e. Living Room) and click Add. Once finished adding, click Create Groups.
Open each image group and Drag and Drop the images accordingly.
Click Save to finish.

Q: What happens if I forget to save changes after rearranging?
A: Any changes made will be lost unless you click Save. Always confirm before navigating away.
Q: Can I rearrange images from my mobile device?
A: For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop when rearranging images.

A: There’s no strict limit, but selecting and moving too many images at once may slow down performance. It's best to move in smaller groups if you have a large number of images.
