Overview
This guide will walk you through how to manually connect a Zillow 3D HomeⓇ tour to a Zillow listing using the property’s ZPID. This process can be used when the tour does not automatically attach to the listing.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
The correct Zillow listing URL.
Access to the 3D Home app or 3D Home dashboard.
The 3D tour you want to connect.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Find the ZPID on Zillow
Open the property listing on Zillow.
Locate the URL in your browser.
Find the number at the end of the link—this is the ZPID. (format:
/12345678_zpid/).Copy the full number.
Step 2: Open Your 3D Tour
Open the 3D Home app or dashboard.
Search for and select the 3D tour you want to connect.
Step 3: Open Manage Listings
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to your selected tour.
Select Manage Listings from the dropdown.
Step 4: Search by ZPID
In the Manage Listings panel, select Search by ZPID.
Paste the ZPID into the search field.
Click Add to attach the listing.
Step 5: Post the Tour to the Listing
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) again.
Click Post to listing to complete the connection.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the ZPID does not return the expected listing, double-check that:
You copied the full ZPID correctly from the Zillow URL
The listing is currently live on Zillow
You selected the correct 3D tour before posting
