Connect a 3D Tour to a Zillow Listing via ZPID

This guide will walk you through how to manually connect a Zillow 3D HomeⓇ tour to a Zillow listing using the property’s ZPID. This process can be used when the tour does not automatically attach to the listing.


Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

  • The correct Zillow listing URL.

  • Access to the 3D Home app or 3D Home dashboard.

  • The 3D tour you want to connect.


Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Find the ZPID on Zillow

  1. Open the property listing on Zillow.

  2. Locate the URL in your browser.

  3. Find the number at the end of the link—this is the ZPID. (format: ​/12345678_zpid/).

  4. Copy the full number.

Step 2: Open Your 3D Tour

  1. Open the 3D Home app or dashboard.

  2. Search for and select the 3D tour you want to connect.

Step 3: Open Manage Listings

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to your selected tour.

  2. Select Manage Listings from the dropdown.

Step 4: Search by ZPID

  1. In the Manage Listings panel, select Search by ZPID.

  2. Paste the ZPID into the search field.

  3. Click Add to attach the listing.

Step 5: Post the Tour to the Listing

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) again.

  2. Click Post to listing to complete the connection.


Troubleshooting Tips

If the ZPID does not return the expected listing, double-check that:

  • You copied the full ZPID correctly from the Zillow URL

  • The listing is currently live on Zillow

  • You selected the correct 3D tour before posting
