Add any custom question to the order form with Custom Fields!

Follow these instructions to add a custom field to your order form.

  1. Go to the Storefront

  2. Hit Edit next to the Order Form you would like to work on

  3. Select Live Editor

  4. In the Live Editor, on the Left Hand Side hit Step 1: Address Details

  5. Scroll down and select View Custom Fields

  6. Create Any Custom Field and Hit Save

Below are some more in depth instructions:

Start by going to the Storefront and hitting Edit next to the Order Form you would like to make changes to.

On the Order Form Details page, select Live Editor:

Select Step 1, then scroll to the bottom and select View Custom Fields.

Here you can add as many custom fields as you would like. Custom Fields can be text areas, drop down lists or checklists.

With custom fields you can collect all of the information you need form the client and keep your business as efficient as possible!
