Your calendar is used by the Aryeo scheduling system to determine when a photographer is available and if they have any blocks that should be accounted for.

Once an appointment is booked and assigned to a user, Aryeo will push that event directly to their connected calendar. Our instant two-way calendar sync ensures you will never be double-booked again.

The Aryeo Calendar allows admins and team members to see the day, the week, or a monthly calendar of events in one glance.

πŸ“† Getting Started

To connect your calendar, please go to your Aryeo App Store.

You will see two choices under the Calendar option: Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar.

For Google Calendar, click on the Google Calendar tile accordingly > click on Connect Calendar. Upon clicking, you will be asked to Sign In your google account.

Once you're signed in, you will be asked for permission to allow Aryeo Scheduling to access your Google account. Simply click on Allow. 😊

Once you've allowed that, you will be routed back to your Aryeo company account. Now, what you want to do once you get the page similar to the screenshot below, is to refresh your page.

Upon refreshing the page, you should get this page:

If you did not get that page, simply wait for a few more seconds then refresh the page again, up until you get the desired result. 😊 Now, you may notice that it's now asking you to select the calendar you'd like to sync. Simply select the calendar you want to sync with Aryeo then click on Set Calendar Sync Default, then you're done! 😊

The same goes for connecting Outlook Calendar. Upon choosing the Outlook Calendar tile from the Aryeo App Store, you will be asked to log in to your Outlook account. Once you've allowed Aryeo Scheduling to also connect with your Outlook Calendar, you will be routed back to the Default Calendar page and will be asked to select the calendar you'd like to sync! 😊

That's it! Going forward, all new appointments will be sent directly to your calendar. If you reschedule or cancel an appointment, those details will be sent in real-time as well.

Note: Only new appointments will show on the calendar. If you add the calendar and do not see any appointments, create a new appointment and see it added to your calendar instantly!

Also, through the Outlook Calendar tile, you can integrate Microsoft Calendar. We do advise against syncing your iCal as it may not work seamlessly.

Lastly, for optimal calendar management among your team members, we recommend each of your team members to set up and integrate their own calendars through their respective Aryeo accounts. This can be accomplished by accessing the App Store section on their platform.
