Now that you've created all your content, it's time to deliver it to your customer to download! This guide will take you through the process of fulfilling an order by attaching it to a listing and sending a notification to your customer.
Start by visiting your Orders tab from the sidebar
Locate the order that you want to fulfill and press the eye icon to visit the order page.
In the top left corner, you are able to view the status of this order. Once you deliver it, the Unfulfilled will be changed to Fulfilled.
At this point, there are two options:
If you already created a listing for this property and uploaded your content there, simply press the Add to Existing Listing option underneath the map view. Search for the listing and press Attach
If you did not already create a listing, press the purple Next Step: Create Listing button in the upper-righthand corner. Simply choose your customer and select which type of content you would like to deliver. A new listing page will be generated for you, and you can upload content as you would in a normal listing.
In either case, once you have uploaded all your content to your associated listing page, press the Share button in the upper right corner. This will pop-up the email that will notify your customer of the completion. Check out this guide to learn how to customize this email.
From this email, your customer will be able to access the download center with all your content, including property websites. Check the box labeled Mark orders as fulfilled and the status of your order will be changed in our system. If you would like a copy of the delivery email to be sent to your personal address, enter your email into the To: box at this time. Press Deliver and this email will be sent to your customer and your work for this property is done!
